Senator Lincoln moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as a                                  
cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 196 "An Act relating to the toll for                                   
the use of the Anton Anderson Memorial Tunnel and the Portage                                       
Glacier Highway; and providing for an effective date." Without                                      
objection, it was so ordered.
